Originally from Minnesota, Charles earned his B.S. Degree from Minnesota State University in Real Estate, Finance & Insurance with a Minor in Accounting. After visiting Colorado in 1996, it was evident he had found his new home and moved to Breckenridge, CO to explore further his love for the outdoors and the gorgeous scenery Colorado offers.
In Breckenridge, Charles owned and operated a home-improvement retail store where he assisted both homeowners and builders in creating spaces that nurtured recreation and adventure, but a few years later, due to his desire to delve deeper into the real estate industry, Charles moved to Denver where he earned his Certified Residential Appraisal License.
In 2010, he earned both his Real Estate Broker Associate License and his Mortgage Loan Officer License. After spending a few years as a loan officer, he let his license lapse and concentrated on appraisals and real estate sales.
A member of the Realtor Trade Organization, Charles has become an esteemed realtor, highly regarded by his clients and professionals in the field, and works diligently to provide high-quality valuations on a wide range of homes consistently. Also, he has built strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and real estate agents in Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Southern California, where he assisted in expanding their real estate markets.
While Charles remains dedicated to keeping track of the local real estate market, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their eight-year-old son, traveling, snowmobiling, playing hockey, and listening to an array of music.
James Colin O’Connor

Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Colin earned his B.S. Degree in Business with a specialization In Real Estate from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. Colin has over 5 years of appraisal experience and has been a certified appraiser in the State of Colorado since 2019 specializing in appraisals of single family to 4-unit residences. His extensive experience in property inspection, finding comparable sold and listed properties on MLS, and development of all three methods of valuation results in an accurate opinion of value. Colin also is a Licensed Broker Associate in the State of Colorado and is looking forward to building strong relationships with buyers, sellers and real estate brokers in the Denver Metro area. In his free time Colin enjoys the outdoors playing golf, skiing and enjoying the mountains as much as possible.
